When Patrick Kane racks up points, the Chicago Blackhawks often pick up wins.

Kane recorded his fifth multiple-point game of his playoff career Sunday night in a 2-0 win over the Nashville Predators. He registered an assist on Dave Bolland 's eventual game-winner, and added an insurance goal early in the third period.

Chicago improved to 4-1 in the playoffs when Kane gets at least two points. During the regular season, the Blackhawks were 15-8 when Kane recorded two or more points.

The former first-overall pick now has 11 goals and 17 points in 18 postseason games.
