Carcillo delivers blow to Devils in Game 3

Daniel Carcillo landed a hard punch to the gut of the New Jersey Devils, and he did it without dropping his gloves.

Carcillo finished a goal and an assist in Philadelphia Flyer's 3-2 overtime win over New Jersey on Sunday.

The winger struck 3:35 into the extra period to give the Flyers the win and a 2-1 series lead. Mike Richards ' shot from the right side of the net trickled through the crease to Carcillo, who knocked it past an out-of-position Martin Brodeur .

He also assisted on Richards' goal 75 seconds into the second period.

Known for his fists more than soft hands, Carcillo led Philadelphia with 207 penalty minutes during the regular season, but also scored 12 goals.
